In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

BRANDON HENDERSON, age 29 of Lyerly, Georgia – arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department, on charges of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Hindering of Prosecution 1st Degree;

WILLIAM ESTES, age 43 of Cedar Bluff – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on 21 counts of Failure to Appear, and also a charge of the Revocation of Bond;

And

SONYA PRICE, age 41 of Leesburg – was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police on charges of the Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, and also the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – and Hindering Prosecution 1st Degree.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 89 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
