In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the past 24 hours:

NOAH TOLBERT, age 27 of Rome, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Court Order;

And

ROBERT BETTIS, age 43 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office officials, on charges of Domestic Violence 3rd Degree, and Making a Terrorist Threat 1st Degree.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 89 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
