Robert Bettis, age 43 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department on charges of 3rd degree domestic violence and 1st degree making a terrorist threat.
Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Currently, there are 89 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
