Rome Police are still investigating a shooting incident, that took place on Sunday on Camp Street in North Rome. According to an incident report a man fired several shots at a vehicle during an argument.
There were two small children in the area when the shots were fired, but they were not injured. The driver of that vehicle sped away; police were later able to locate that driver and they confirmed that he was not injured.
Five 9mm shell casings were recovered from the road, after the incident occurred on Howell Street.
The matter remains under investigation.
