In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

MICHAEL LYNCH, age 45 of Bowling Green, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with 3 counts of the Sexual Abuse of a Child Less Than 12 Years of Age;

And

PHILLIP MORGAN, age 45 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police and charged with Failure to Appear on previous charges of having an Insurance Violation (two counts) – Speeding (two counts) – Display of Invalid Insurance – Driving While Revoked – and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently – there are 92 inmates that are housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
