In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:
ALEX POTTS, age 43 of Centre, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – on charges of Failure to Appear on previous charges of Speeding – two counts also Possession/Receipt of Controlled Substance, Probation Revocation, and Receiving Stolen Property 2nd Degree.
Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Currently – there are 87 inmates that are housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
