A former resident of Chattooga County, Georgia, that now lives in DeKalb County, Alabama, has been indicted by a Chattooga County Grand Jury on charges of Child Molestation.  David Anderson Kellar, age 49, was arrested back in December of 2022 – and charged with molesting a child that he was related to.  The child was under the age of sixteen at the time that the alleged abuse took place.  The case was investigated by the Chattooga County Sheriff’s Office.

The Sheriff’s Office said – at the time of Kellar’s arrest – they believed the abuse had been taking place for around three years – and that the crimes happened on multiple occasions, starting in 2017.  After his release on bond from the Chattooga County Jail in 2023 – Kellar moved to Fyffe, Alabama.
