In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

AMANDA MULLINS, age 38 from Centre, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for Non-Support of a Child;

NATHAN JOHNSON, age 47 was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and is currently On Hold for Another Agency;

LARRY FANNIN, age 32 of Buchannan, Georgia, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Violation of the Prohibition Law, and Driving Under the Influence;

HEATHER BRAY, age 42 of Centre – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Court Order;

JAMES CRANE, age 56 from Cedar Bluff, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – charged with Resisting Arrest, Public Intoxication – also, Violation of the Prohibition Law;

JUSTIN CUNNINGHAM, age 41 of Centre, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Attempting to Elude;

And

TABITHA PURSER, age 35 of Anniston, arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department – and is currently On Hold for Another Agency.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently – there are 96 inmates that are housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
