There was a two-vehicle accident in Centre on Thursday afternoon – that occurred at 3:15 on the Chesnut Bypass at the intersection of the Armory road.
The vehicles included a Jeep, being driven by a Jacksonville resident, and a Ford Escape driven by a resident of Centre. One person was injured and received treatment by Atrium Floyd EMS.
That accident was investigated by the Centre Police Department assisted by the Centre Fire Department and Atrium Floyd EMS.
