Cherokee Electric Co-operative is holding its Annual Meeting of Members Saturday, April 6th at the Cherokee Electric main office – located at 1550 Chesnut Bypass in Centre.  The purpose of that meeting is for election of two directors – and passing on reports covering the past year.  Registration and voting begins at 8:00 and ends at 10:00 that morning – then the Business meeting will begin at 10:15am.

Districts with any open Director Seats shall be elected from the following members who’ve satisfied the Cherokee Electric B Law Qualifications, to     run.  In District One, Doris Salter – and in District Three, Ronnie Gaylor.
