In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

PAUL BAKER, age 56 of Centre, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

DEBRA COLLINS, age 61 of Rome, Georgia was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department and is currently On Hold for Another Agency;

CHRISTAIN DOUGLAS, age 23 of Centre, was arrested by the Centre Police Department and charged with Theft of Property 4th Degree;

And

ROBERT DAVIS, age 26 from Rome, Georgia – was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police on the charges of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently – there are 94 inmates that are housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
