In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

RENEE BERTRAM, age 33 from Leesburg – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, on charges of Arrest Prior to Requisition, and also Fugitive From Justice;

JUSTIN PRUETT, age 41 of Cedar Bluff – arrested by Cedar Bluff Police, on a Violation of Court Order;

And

BERNIE KIMMONS, age 65 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently – there are 92 inmates that are housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
