1,001 tagged fish were released into Weiss Lake for the special event and fishermen from far and wide are here to show off their incredible skill in angling during the Crappie Rodeo – which runs through April 30th. 

Over $130,000 in cash and prizes is up for grabs – simply visit the County Chamber of Commerce or the Weiss Lake Improvement Association – for additional information, including the many locations where you can buy your “Fishing Badge” (which is required), a long list of weigh-in locations and much more.
