- Judy Lee Barnes Jackson, age 59, of Cedar Bluff, passed away March 24, 2024 at Atrium Health Floyd in Rome, Georgia.
She is survived by her daughter, Cortney Reed; and her chosen daughter, Kimberly Boyd, as well as her sisters; Betty Parker and Wendy (Buddy) McDaniel, special friend; Nina McDaniel and a host of nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Nathan Jackson; and her son, Scotty Barnes.
Ms. Jackson was the daughter of the Late Billy Wayne and Essie Lee Mobbs Barnes.
Ms. Jackson will be cremated and there will be a Celebration of Life on Monday, April 1st at 2pm in the Perry Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Jesse Parker officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 PM immediately before the service.
