In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

KEVIN CAVANAGH, age 64 of Cedar Bluff – arrested by Cedar Bluff Police on charges of Public Intoxication;

JARED ROMINES, age 30 of Centre – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Failure to Appear/Theft of Property 4th Degree;

HEATHER ROSSER, age 36 from Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Bond Revocation;

And

JANET FLETCHER, 66 of Cedar Bluff was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Domestic Violence 3rd Degree.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently, there are 101 inmates that are housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
