In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

GREGORY BALL, age 37 of Cedar Bluff – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, and charged with the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

GARY CHADWICK, age 38 of Centre, was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police on a charge of Failure to Appear on previous charges of Failure to Register a Vehicle;

JONATHAN TUCKER, age 40 of Birmingham, Alabama was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and was charged with Driving Under the Influence/Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence, the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Illegal Possession of Prescription Pills also with a total of four counts of  Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance;

And

RICKY WILLYARD, age 38 from Centre, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on charges of Domestic Violence 3rd Degree/Harassment on two counts – and Failure to Appear on prior charges of – Harassment 3rd

Degree / Driving while Suspended / and Having an Expired Tag.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently – there are 99 inmates that are housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
