A number of People were shaken up – but, it appears no one was actually injured in a two-vehicle accident involving a Cherokee County school bus and another vehicle Friday afternoon.  That wreck took place at around 3:05pm on East Main Street, outside Centre Elementary School as the bus was leaving the school grounds, following school being dismissed.

Those immediately responding to the scene included – Centre Police and Fire units, Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, and Floyd-Atrium Hospital.

That wreck remains under investigation.
