In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

JONATHAN WEAVER, age 39 from Gadsden was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Driving while Revoked;

MORGAN THACKER, age 35 of Piedmont was arrested by Centre Police on charges of Failure to Appear on charges of Theft of Property, 3rd and 4th Degree;

JEREMY McGATHA, age 32 of Centre – was arrested by Leesburg Police on charges of Possession with Intent to Distribute, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently – there are 98 inmates that are housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
