In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

RODNEY JOHNSON, age 33 of Centre – was arrested by Centre Police, on a charge of Failure to Appear/Under the Influence of Alcohol and also for a charge of Failure to Appear/Driving while License Revoked;

JUSTIN GUNDERSEN, age 30 of Jacksonville was arrested by Centre Police for Obstruction/Failure to Appear-Comply;

ERIC FIELDS, age 52 of Gadsden was arrested by Centre Police on charges of Failure to Appear/Disorderly Conduct, and also two additional counts of Failure to Appear;

BRANDON MURPHY, age 43 of Cedar Bluff, arrested by Centre Police, and charged with Driving under the Influence;

And

PAUL DILL, age 28 of Centre, arrested by Centre Police for the Fraudulent Use of Credit/Debit, a count of Financial Exploitation of the Elderly 2nd – and a count of Theft by Deception 2nd Degree.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently – there are 98 inmates that are housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
