GADSDEN – The Sand Rock Lady Wildcats erupted for nine runs in the top of the fourth inning, propelling them to a 14-0 softball win at Gaston on Tuesday.

Katelyn St.Clair collected a pair of doubles, a walk, two runs and a RBI. Paitlyn Hughes also had a pair of hits, including a double, with a run and three RBIs. Emma Thompson added two hits, including a double and two RBIs. Bailey Kilgore collected two hits, including a double, two walks and a RBI.

Emma Sipsy homered and scored twice. Madeline Clanton doubled, scored three runs and had a RBI. Aliyah King contributed a double and scored a run. Molly Lay managed a hit and scored three runs. Aubie Camp came away with a hit and scored a run. Macy Martin finished with a hit and a RBI.

Sand Rock hosts Fyffe on Thursday at 4:30 p.m.
