Summerville, Georgia Law Enforcement Arrest Man for Causing “Panic Attack” in Elderly Woman

A Summerville, Georgia man was recently placed under arrest – after he caused his elderly grandmother to have a “panic attack” – that required medical care. 

Summerville Police said that they were called to a domestic disturbance, at the Saratoga Way Apartments; officers said they warned the subject to stay away from his grandmother and not to be “causing problems”.   Police were called back to the apartment later that evening, and arrested Dakoda Aran Lively. 

Officers said that he was yelling at his grandmother causing her to have a panic attack.   He was charged with disorderly conduct – and was booked into the Chattooga County Jail.
