In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

RONNIE BRASWELL, age 52 of Fort Payne, was arrested by the Alabama Forestry Commission and charged with Driving Under the Influence

ASHTIN PARRIS, 38 of Gaylesville – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with a Bond Revocation;

JASON GRUBBS, age 54 of Gadsden, was arrested by Centre Police, and he was charged with the Failure to Appear – on a previous charge of Driving Under the Influence;

And

ALEX JOLLY, 20 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently – there are 94 inmates that are housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
