When deputies arrived – they found that subject in the grocery section of the store.  Deputies arrested 21 year-old Billy Wayne Robinson, Jr. – and charged him with criminal trespass and financial transaction card fraud, intent to cheat or defraud a retailer and theft by shoplifting.

A woman who was with Robinson identified as Casey Nicole Wooden had outstanding warrants.  She was additionally charged with intent to cheat, or defraud, a retailer and theft by shoplifting.
