In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

STEPHEN GADDISON, age 54 of Collinsville was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of: Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, with Attempt to Elude, Resisting Arrest and Obstructing Government Operations;

SHANE CHAIN, 24 from Collinsville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, charged with Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Failure to Appear on previous charges of: the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

LAURA EVANS, age 54 from Collinsville, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, and charged with the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree – and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

DEBORAH STUDDARD, age 59 of Weaver, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police, on charges of Driving Under the Influence (DUI)/Any Substance;

BARBARA BROWN, age 67 from Cordova, California – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and was charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI) of a Controlled Substance.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently – there are 94 inmates that are housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
