GADSDEN – Cedar Bluff scored three runs in the sixth inning and another in the seventh to rally past Gaston 4-3 in baseball action on Monday.
Caleb Edmondson led the Tigers (6-5) at the plate with a double, a run and a RBI. Bryson Teague tallied a hit, a run and a RBI. Eli McFry managed a hit and a walk. Isaac Bishop walked twice and drove in a run. Hunter Stallings scored a run.
Stallings also picked up the win on the mound after going the distance. He gave up three earned runs on five hits with two walks and six strikeouts.
Cedar Bluff is scheduled to play at Sand Rock on Tuesday at 4:30 p.m.
