In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

FASHLEY WELLS, age 20 of Jacksonville, arrested by Cedar Bluff Police on charges of the Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and also the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently, there are a total of 93 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
