MATTHEW SANDIFER, age 39 of Cullman – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, was charged with Failure to Appear, on Probation Revocation and Burglary 3rd Degree offenses;   

CRYSTAL TUCKER, age 46 of Menlo, GA, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Failure to Appear on the previous charge of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance;

TONY STERLING, age 44 of Anniston was arrested by Centre Police on the charge of Failure to Appear on a Speeding violation;

CHRISTOPHER ROGERS, 40 of Centre – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, charged with FAILURE TO Appear on a previous Burglary 3rd Degree offense;

RUSSELL MOSTELLA, age 54 from Rome, GA, was listed as being arrested by the Cherokee Police Department on charges of Failure to Appear, on a previous charge of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance;

MICHAEL MCCAULEY, age 41 of Piedmont – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Court Order;

ROBIE WAYBRIGHT, 35 from Piedmont, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Illegal Possession of Prescription Pills, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana1st Degree, the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substances – and Failure to Appear on a previous charge of Driving while Revoked;

SAMANTHA DROLET, age 34 of Cedar Bluff – no arresting agency – and no charges listed.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently, there are a total of 92 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
