In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the past 24 hours:

ZACHARY BATES, age 37 of Mentone – was arrested by Centre Police, and charged with Driving Under the Influence and Attempting to Elude;

RANDY SINIARD, age 44 of Cave Spring, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – and charged with Failure to Appear on two counts of the Revocation of Probation;

And

MICHAEL PUERTO, age 40 of Collinsville, arrested by Centre Police on the charges of Public Intoxication and Resisting Arrest.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently, there are a total of 94 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
