Sunday, according to the Alabama State Trooper’s Post headquartered in Jacksonville – there was a two-vehicle accident, taking place in Cherokee County involving a 2010 Toyota, driven by a male and a 2001 Toyota that was being driven by a female – both from Centre.
That accident reportedly left one person shaken up. The wreck took place around 4:15pm, on County Road 19.
Earlier in the day, at approximately 12:00 noon, a single-vehicle accident involving a 2004 Chevrolet took place on Sand Rock Avenue.
The wreck resulted in a male occupant from Leesburg being transported for treatment – no further information has been released.
