Chattooga County Man Arrested After Running from Georgia State Patrol

A 31 year old Chattooga County man was arrested after running from the Georgia State Patrol

According to the GSP Public Information Office officials, Levi Tony Noles, led troopers on a high speed chase on Wildlife Lake Road in Summerville on Wednesday of this week.   The chase ended with Noles crashing the motorcycle and fleeing on foot.  He was quickly apprehended – and he was taken to the Chattooga County Emergency Department for medical treatment, before being booked into the Chattooga County Jail. 

Noles was charged with fleeing and also attempting to elude, expired tag, following too close, failure to maintain a single lane, hit and run – also he was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, with improper display of license plate, improper class of drivers license, having no insurance, the possession of marijuana less than an ounce, reckless driving, use of a license plate to conceal or misrepresent – and also willful obstruction of law enforcement officers.
