Two people were injured in a two-vehicle accident in DeKalb County – on Sunday.
According to Alabama State Trooper reports, the collision was between a 2009 Honda being driven by a male out of Fyffe and a 2015 Toyota, being driven by a male from Ider – taking place at 11:45am on Highway 117. That wreck was near the eleven mile marker and sent both drivers to the hospital for the treatment of injuries sustained in the crash.
The incident remains under investigation by State Troopers.
