In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the Previous 24 Hours:

JASON FINLEY, 43 from Centre, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for a Probation Violation, and also Failure to Appear on a previous charge of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance;

And

JESSIE TEDDER, 44 from Fort Payne was arrested by the Centre Police for the Failure to Appear on the previous charges of:  Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree – and Obstruction.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently, there are a total of 89 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
