High rain chances will persist throughout the weekend, and then on into Monday with storm total rainfall amounts between 2 and 4 inches across portions of the northwest third of the state.

Conditions will be favorable for thunderstorm activity across southern counties on Monday. At this time there appears to be limited potential for some strong storms but widespread, organized severe weather potential appears to be too low to include in our hazardous weather outlook.
