Two-Vehicle Collision in DeKalb County Monday Sends Two to Hospital

A two-vehicle collision in DeKalb County on Monday morning sent two to the hospital.

According to the Alabama State Troopers Post at Jacksonville, that wreck occurred on Alabama Highway 75 at 9:45am, and it involved both a 2008 Ford Ranger and a 2020 Chevy Equinox.  The driver of the Ford, listed as a male resident of Fyffe, was transported to DeKalb Regional Medical Center for treatment; while the passenger in that Chevy – a male from Geraldine – was reportedly taken for treatment afterwards by private vehicle; the driver of the Chevrolet, also listed as a resident of Geraldine, was not listed as being hurt.

The investigation into the collision continues.
