In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the Past 24 Hours:

CORA ANN KNIGHT, age 65 from Fairmount, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office charged with the Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, the Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

And

JOSEPH HODGE, age 44 of Madison, Tennessee was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently, there are a total of 87 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
