According to the Alabama State Troopers Post at Jacksonville, a man was hit and injured by a motor vehicle in Etowah County on Friday afternoon.
According to reports the accident occurred on U.S. 431 near the 267 Mile Marker at approximately 4:00pm – when a male, on-foot, who was listed as a resident of Attalla was struck and injured by a 2012 Toyota that was being driven by a woman – also from Attalla.
No additional information has yet been released regarding the incident – and it remains under investigation by State Troopers.
