While the deputy was speaking with the woman about the collision – that was when he noticed the smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle.   After a search, the Sheriff’s Office deputies found marijuana, and several containers of cocaine – packaged for resale.  Utley also admitted, that she had a bag of cocaine hidden in her underwear – after the deputy warned her about crossing the guard line at the jail with drugs.

Utley was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, the possession of marijuana less than one ounce and the possession of drug related objects.
