Bridget Twaite, age 55 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
Stephen Clifton, age 32 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department on charges of failure to appear for obstruction of justice by providing a false ID and failure to appear for 4th degree theft of property.
Ronald Smith, age 46 of Conneautville, Pennsylvania, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department on a grand jury indictment for two counts of transmitting obscene material to a child.
Kimberly Coheley, age 50 of Centre, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on a charge of failure to appear for driving while suspended.
Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Currently, there are 86 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
