Wendy Fletcher, age 45 of Collinsville, was arrested by the Cherokee Sheriff’s Department on two counts of failure to appear for the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear for combined influence.
Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Currently, there are 88 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
