Jimmy Roland, age 54 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department on two counts of community corrections AWOL, 3rd degree escape, and resisting arrest.
Gary Hill, age 58 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department on charges of failure to appear for unlawful possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Roseshanda Wright, age 37 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department on charges of failure to appear for 3rd degree theft of property and a revoked bond.
Tonya Regalado, age 51 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department on two counts of 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana, two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, obstructing justice false ID, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Davyoun Hicklen, age 31 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of 3rd degree domestic violence.
Pamala Downey, age 48 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department on charges of failure to appear for possession with intent to distribute and failure to appear for delivery/sale of drug paraphernalia.
Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Currently, there are 91 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
