Two Former Crimson Tide Players have contributed a lot to this years Detroit Lions success. Running back Jahmyr and Defensive back Brian Branch have done an outstanding job. This is both their first years in the NFL and with the Lions.The Lions beat Tampa Bay yesterday to move on to the NFC Conference Championship game in San Francisco versus the 49’ers. Both Gibbs and Branch have really stuck out as solid performers on the field. If Detroit can get by San Fran this would be their first trip ever to the Super Bowl.
