Superintendent of Cherokee County School Board, Mike Welsh tells WEIS Radio News:
“Due to the Wind Chill Advisory coupled with a Hard Freeze Warning, Cherokee County Schools will operate on a two-hour delayed start Wednesday, January 17th. Buses will run two hours later than normal in the morning. We plan to have normal afternoon dismissal and activities. We apologize for the inconvenience and greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding.”
