In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the Past 24 Hours:

HARLEY DAVIDSON, age 44 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by Centre Police, on charges of Theft of Property 4th Degree;

JAKEB PRUITT, age 32 of Talladega was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Failure to Appear on Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Failure to Appear on charges of the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

JENNIE RESCINO, 39 from Leesburg was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

JUAN JUAREZ-RAMOS, age 48 from Canton, Georgia – was arrested by the Centre Police Department on charges of Driving Under the Influence and Public Lewdness.

All arrests are based on probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. 

Currently, there are a total of 84 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
