In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the Past 24 Hours:

ROBERT COOK, age 37 of Fort Payne – was arrested by the Centre Police Department for Failure to Appear on the charges of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree

All arrests are based on probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. 

Currently, there are a total of 83 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
