SPRING GARDEN – Chloe Rule led five Spring Garden Lady Panthers in double figures with 18 points in a 74-29 basketball victory over visiting Springville on Saturday.

Rule also had six steals, four rebounds and three blocks for the Lady Panthers (21-1), who sank 10 3-pointers in the game.

Ace Austin collected 14 points, including a pair of 3-pointers, 11 assists, eight rebounds, four steals and a block. Libby Brown delivered 14 points, including three 3-pointers, to go along with three assists, two rebounds, two steals and two blocks.

Kristen Lewis and Maggie Jarrett both scored 12 points. Lewis connected on a pair of 3-pointers and had two rebounds and a steal. Jarrett finished with three treys, four assists, two rebounds and two steals.

Spring Garden jumped out on a 22-6 run in the first quarter and led 42-15 at halftime. The Lady Panthers extended their lead to 67-20 at the end of three quarters.

Spring Garden travels to Handley on Tuesday.
