Arrest Made in Fatal Crash Case in Floyd County

A Dallas, Georgia man has been charged, in connection with a fatal crash that occurred back on November 3rd on Branham Avenue in Rome.

According to the arrest warrant – 44-year-old Isaac Jeffery Williams was driving at high speeds – and also recklessly – causing his vehicle to leave the roadway and crash into a driveway culvert.  A front passenger in the vehicle, Twinsal Lamar Allen was ejected and he died.  Williams left the scene and did not report the crash.

He is charged with felony homicide by vehicle, and misdemeanor counts of reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to maintain a lane, and too fast for conditions.
