Man Arrested Following “After Hours Visit” to North Georgia Wal-Mart

A 32 year-old man was arrested at Wal-Mart in Trion on December 29th, after store employees called to say that a drunk man, was just wandering around inside the store after it was closed.    A Chattooga County Sheriff’s Office Deputy arrived around 2:00am – and   at that point he found the suspect sitting outside of Wal-Mart close to the grocery entrance.

Store employees said the suspect admitted to them that he had driven to the store, and the deputy could tell that the man was heavily intoxicated.   Francisco Pascual was arrested and charged with Public Drunkenness; at that point he was booked into the Chattooga County Jail.
