In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the Past 24 Hours:

HALEY NEAL, age 38 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police on charges of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance – and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

AARON WILLIAMS, age 32 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department, on charges of  the Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance – and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

ADAM BAKER, 37 of Douglasville, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Disorderly Conduct;

And

DARRIUS WILLIAMS, age 29 of Centre, was arrested; however neither the Charges nor the Arresting Agency was listed.

All arrests are based on probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. 

Currently, there are a total of 95 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
