In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the Past 24 Hours:

KERRY HENDERSON, age 34 from Gaylesville – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of Driving Under the Influence/Any Substance (DUI).

All arrests are based on probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. 

Currently, there are a total of 91 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
