A 20-year-old Kennesaw, Georgia man was arrested at around 1:30 early Thursday morning at Mount Berry Mall in Rome – after police say he was caught in a sex act with a 13-year-old girl. Brandon Khounsy Sengvixay was taken into custody, and told police that the girl – had lied about her age. He was also found to be in possession of marijuana at the time of his arrest.
The suspect also admitted to having had sexual relations – with the same girl in Floyd County the previous week. He was charged with statutory rape, sodomy, and also with possession of marijuana and was subsequently booked into the Floyd County Jail.
